A lovely lady by the name of Cathie that works at Boulder Community Hospital sent Betty and I an email. Her 93 year old mother in law named Dorothy Standley that lives in Pensacola, Florida wanted to make chemo caps. Cathie said that knitting keeps Dorothy's mind and fingers limber. Next thing you know, she made them and sent them. I was so thrilled when I picked them up. These six chemo caps traveled 1,862 miles and will hopefully bring some happiness to the cancer patients that are struggling every day with this disease.
